We strive for a culture in which children with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as children without disabilities. We provide an educational environment where they can develop their full potential in order to fully participate in Rwandan society.

4. Innovation is imperative in working to improve children’s education and healthcare, especially when working with children with disabilities. It allows the creation of specialized services for children with disabilities, and the inclusion of their families and their respective neighborhoods.
5. We strive to ensure Professionalism when delivering quality, effective services. In particular, we strive to ensure that the education and health care services we provide meet the specific needs of each child and their family.
6. We adopt an evidence-based approach to identify and address needs of children and their families. This means we are Results-oriented and focus on measurable outcomes.
7. We demonstrate Integrity by ensuring value for money in their individual and organizational plans, activities, and actions, including transparent and honest communication.
